Poly media student’s final-year project: Animating graphics for NDP 2023
Mr Hussein Haiqal Riduan, who studies video editing and motion graphics as a media post-production student, was excited to take up the opportunity as an animator for the parade in the multimedia committee. This was a group project offered to students as one of the industry projects at his poly, and he started work on-site in May.
Crunch time comes long before showtime for NDP 2023 multimedia team
Beyond military personnel, the NDP multimedia team also comprises some youth who work on the animations that play during the show.
Among them is 18-year-old Hussein Haiqal Riduan, a Ngee Ann Polytechnic student who is taking part in the parade as part of his final-year project.

Apabila Encik Hussein Haiqal Riduan mula-mula memaklumkan rakan-rakannya bahawa beliau menyertai Perbarisan Hari Kebangsaan (NDP) 2023, ada di antara mereka yang agak terkejut.
Bahkan, tidak kurang juga usikan yang diterimanya apabila karya Juruanimasi Dalaman Politeknik bagi Jawatankuasa Berbilang Media (MMC) NDP itu pertama kali dipaparkan kepada khalayak umum semasa previu NDP.
